Dance Group Catherin & Boys

Dance Group Catherin & Boys, established in 1990, is well known and with longest tenure dance collectives in Estonia. Its objectives has always been to sustain and improve Estonia variety dancing culture by following modern choreography development in the world.

Dance Group was established in 1990 by its current coreographer-producer Anneli Helila. She has studied 13 years of classical ballet and character dancing and dedicated her entire life into the educating of dancers and to the development of variety dancing art and culture in Estonia. Being also a costume designer, she has managed to create a dance group with its own style and character. The performances of the dance group are always welcomed on various stages and are full of pleasant experiences.

During those long years in business, dance group has been lucky to have many talented dancers, who later have dedicated their life to choreographer's job. During the current season, the dance group has 12 members - 9 female and 3 male dancers. While selecting the dancers, the prerequisities have always been the dancer's versatility i.e. the ability to dance different dance styles. Interesting and various dance programs have always attracted audience and gained positive feedback on cabaret venues, cruise ships as well as in night-clubs.

Excellent tehnique, special choreography, outstanding costumes - this is the trademark of the dance group Catherin & Boys.
